• Mr. Lucio Mesquita from the position of Managing Director with effect from April 6, 2018.
• Mr. Sean Griffith from the position of Company Secretary with effect from April 9, 2018

We further advise of the appointment of:

• Mr.Alain Nicholas Sabga to the position of Managing Director with effect from April 6, 2018.
• Mrs. Hema Ramdass-Chatoor to the position of Chief Financial Officer/ Secretary with effect from April 9, 2018.
