Massy Holdings Ltd. - Notice of Appointment of Senior Vice President and Resignation of Director

Mrs. Paula Rajkumarsingh will transition from the position of Group Chief Financial Officer, a role which has served in for over 10 years, to a new position of Senior Vice President, Shared Services effective June 01, 2018. Mrs. Rajkumaringh has tendered her resignation as a Director of the Company’s Board of directors effective May 31, 2018.
