The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from FCI advising that further to the notice on April 04th, 2018 advising of the revised version of the registration statement filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (US SEC) on March 30th, 2018, a second revised statement was filed with the US SEC on April 10th, 2018.
