Notice is hereby given that Directors of the Company have by resolution fixed April 17, 2018 as the record date for the purpose of determining the Shareholders and Depositary Interest Holders entitled to receive Notice of the Fifteenth Annual Meeting of the Company.

Only those Shareholders and Depositary Interest Holders of record on April 17, 2018 will be entitled to receive Notice of the fifteenth Annual Meeting.
