Praetorian Property Mutual Fund - Suspension of Trading

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) has been advised by the Trustees of Praetorian Property Mutual Fund, that in accordance with its Declaration of Trust (Trust Agreement) dated 14th day of November 2002, Clause 24(D), the Class B unitholders of the fund passed a resolution to set the Termination Date as Tuesday 14th November 2017.

In light of this, trading in PPMF will be suspended as at end of day on Thursday 09th November 2017.
