Trinidad Cement Limited - Notice of Changes to Executive Management

Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL) hereby advises of the following changes to its Executive Management, which became effective on November 1, 2017:

Group Strategic Planning
Mr. Bernardo Cioni Diaz has replaced Mr. Ricardo Garcia Viani as Group Strategic Planning Manager, pursuant to the Technical and Managerial Services Agreement dated April 23, 2015 (as amended) between TCL and CEMEX, S.A.B de C.V.(CEMEX). Mr. Garcia Viani held the position from May 4, 2015 and has taken up a promotion within CEMEX.

Group Enterprise Risk Management
Mr. Rafael Ernesto White has been appointed to the position of Group Enterprise Risk Manager.

Group Internal Control
Mr. Gewan Armoogam, former Group Internal Auditor, has been appointed to the position of Group Internal Control Manager.

Group Internal Audit
Ms. Maria Boodoo has been appointed to the position of Group Internal Audit Manager.
