Trinidad Cement Limited - Changes to the Board of Directors

Trinidad Cement Limited hereby advises that by correspondence dates September 6, 2017 Mr. Alejandro Ramirez Cantu tendered his resignation from the Board of Company effective September 8, 2017.

The Directors have appointed Ms. Lucy Rodrigues as a director with effect from September 8, 2017 to fill the casual vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Ramirez Cantu. This appointment was made in accordance with Paragraph 4.42 of the Bye-Laws of the Company and Ms. Rodrigues shall hold office until the next annual meeting of the Company, at which time she shall be eligible for re-election by shareholders.
