Pursuant to section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act, 2012

Change to Senior Management

Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL) wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Steven Martina as a member of GHL’s senior management team with effect from June 1st, 2017 to pursue other personal opportunities.

Mr. Martina held the position of Chief Administration Officer, Insurance Administration Services and was also the Head of Guardian Group Fatum.

The Guardian Group wishes to publicly thank Mr. Martina for his valuable contribution.
