National Enterprises Limited - Change in Director

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from NEL that their Board Meeting held on January 27th, 2017, Mr. Jerry Hospedales submitted his resignation as Chairman and Director of the Board.

At the same meeting, Ms. Ingrid Lashley was appointed to the Board of Directors of NEL and was elected Chairman.
