We are pleased to announce that One Caribbean Media Limited (OCM) has finalised the acquisition of a 51% share in Green Dot Limited, having received the necessary regulatory approvals.

Green Dot limited is a provider of Digital Cable TV and Broad band internet services. The company has been operating in the Trinidad market for over 10 years and has been able to establish a strong customer base.

We are confident that this acquisition will not only support the Group’s selective diversification strategy, but will contribute positively to OCM’s financial performance.
