Scotiabank Trinidad & Tobago Limited - Appointment of Director

Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited welcomes to its Board of Directors, Mr. Alan Fitzwilliam, effective December 4, 2015.

Mr. Fitzwilliam is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of F.T. Farfan Limited, which represents some of the world’s leading construction equipment, industrial tools and lubricant brands, providing products and services to customers in the construction, energy, petrochemical, industrial, agricultural and woodworking sectors. Mr. Fitzwilliam also has a wealth of experience in banking, project financing, capital market operations and corporate account management.

He holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Western Ontario, London Ontario, Canada and is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of AS Bryden & Sons Holdings Limited.
