National Enterprises Limited - Appointment of Directors

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notification from NEL that, effective December 04th 2015, the following persons were appointed Directors on the Board of NEL:

• Mr. Anthony Clerk; and
• Mr. Gerry Brooks.

The TTSE was further advised that consequent to these appointments, the updated list of the Board of Directors of NEL is as follows:

• Mr. Kenny Lue Chee Lip;
• Mr. Sylvester Ramquar;
• Ms. Valini Pundit;
• Mrs. Sherry Katwaroo-Ragbir;
• Mr. Navin Rajkumar;
• Mr. Ross Alexander;
• Mr. Ethelbert Wilson;
• Mr. Anthony Clerk; and
• Mr. Gerry Brooks.
