National Enterprises Limited - Appointment of Directors

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notification from NEL that, effective August 20th 2015, the following persons have been re-appointed to the Board of Directors of NEL for a period of two (2) years:

• Mr. Kenny Lue Chee Lip;
• Mr. Sylvester Ramquar;
• Ms. Valini Pundit;
• Mrs. Sherry Katwaroo-Ragbir; and
• Mr. Ethelbert Wilson.

The TTSE was further advised that effective August 20th, 2015 the Directors of NEL are:

• Mr. Kenny Lue Chee Lip;
• Mr. Sylvester Ramquar;
• Ms. Valini Pundit;
• Mrs. Sherry Katwaroo-Ragbir;
• Mr. Ethelbert Wilson;
• Ross Alexander;
• Mr. Anthony Jordan;
• Mr. Navin Rajkumar; and
• Dr. Utam Maharaj.
