Flavorite Foods Limited – Notice to Shareholders

Pursuant to Section 66 (3) of the Securities Industry Act 1995 please be advised that at the Annual General Meeting held on June 18, 2014 Messrs Godfrey Bain and Robert Mayers did not seek re-election to the Board of Directors of Flavorite Foods Limited. Also Messrs Jeffrey Joseph and Albert Chow were elected as Executive Directors and Mr. Laurence Chin Chuck was elected as a Non-Executive Director to the Board of Directors of Flavorite Foods Limited.
