Notice of 44th Annual Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 44th Annual Meeting of FLAVORITE FOODS LIMITED will be held at Employers’ Consultative Association, 17 Samaroo Road, Aranguez Roundabout North, Aranguez, Trinidad at 10:00 am on Thursday June 18, 2015 for the following purposes:

1. To receive, consider and approve the Audited Consolidate Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended December 31st, 2014 together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.

2. To elect Directors for the ensuing year.

3. To appoint Auditors and authorize the Directors to fix their remuneration for the ensuing year.

4. To transact any other ordinary business of the Company.
