Trinidad Cement Limited wishes to advise its Shareholders that the Information Memorandum (IM) regarding the company’s Rights Issue is currently available at:

The Rights Issue Offer was opened at 9 a.m. on Tuesday 10th March, 2015 and will close at 4 p.m. on Tuesday 31st March, 2015. The Offer is being made pursuant to the terms and conditions in the IM.
