DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND
The Board of Directors has declared a final dividend of $3.00 per share bringing the total dividend for the year ended September 30, 2014 to $4.25 per share. The dividend will be paid on Monday December 1, 2014 to shareholders on record at the close of business on November 17, 2014.

CLOSING OF REGISTER
Notice is hereby given that the Register of Members will be closed on Monday November 17, 2014.
