Pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act 2012, Point Lisas Industrial Port Development Corporation Limited hereby advises of the following change in Senior Officer:

With effect from January 1, 2026, Mr. Deoraj Mahase, Vice President – Technical Services, has been appointed to act as President (Ag.) of the Corporation until further notice.

This interim appointment follows the resignation of the substantive President and has been made to ensure continuity of executive leadership and the effective discharge of the Corporation’s operational, strategic, and statutory responsibilities.
