Massy Holdings Ltd. - Notice of Final Dividend Payment

On Thursday 11 December, 2025, the Board of Directors of Massy Holdings Ltd. declared a final dividend of 3.54 cents per share, making the total dividend 17.70 cents per share, based on the results for the financial year ended September 30, 2025. 

Pursuant to Section 110(1) of the Trinidad and Tobago Companies Act, Ch. 81 :01, the Directors have fixed December 30, 2025, as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to receive payment of such dividend. The final dividend will be paid on January 20, 2026, to the registered holders of shares at the close of business on December 30, 2025.
