NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS OF FIRST CITIZENS GROUP FINANCIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED

DECLARATION AND PAYMENT OF FINAL DIVIDEND

Based on the financial results for the period ended September 30, 2025, the Directors have declared a final dividend of TT$0.91 per ordinary share payable on January 6, 2026 to Shareholders on the Register of Member as at December 19, 2025.

In accordance wit Section 110 of the Companies Act, Chapter 81:01 of the Revised Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, The Direcotrs have fixed December 19, 2025 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders who are entitled to receive payment of this final dividend.
 

CLOSING DATE OF REGISTER FOR FINAL DIVIDEND

The Register of Members will be closed on December 19, 2025.
