NCB FINANCIAL GROUP LIMITED ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

NCB Financial Group Limited (“NCBFG”) announces the appointment of Mr L. Dominic Rampersad to its Board of Directors effective December 4, 2025.

Mr Rampersad brings over 30 years of expertise in finance, operations and strategic leadership. He currently serves on the Board of Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL) and several of its subsidiaries. Previously, he held the position of President at Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited in Trinidad and Tobago for more than a decade, before retiring in November 2025.

Mr Rampersad is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT) and holds a Master of Business Administration Degree with Merit from the Oxford Institute of International Finance.
