Prestige Holdings Limited - Fourth Revised Notice of Special Dividend Payment

Prestige Holdings Limited (PHL) wishes to advise its shareholders of a revision to the previously announced special dividend payment.

Following the announcement by Agostini Limited on November 18, 2025 of the further extension of the closing date for its Offer and Take-Over Bid to January 20, 2026, PHL advises that the special dividend of $0.50 per common share will now be paid on February 11, 2026, to shareholders on record as of January 14, 2026.

Please note that the payment of this special dividend remains subject to the successful completion of Agostini Limited’s takeover offer.
