Resignation

Mr. Nigel Campbell, Group Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from his position with effect from December 31, 2025.

The Chairman and Board of Directors would like to thank Nigel for his service and contribution to the Group, as Head of the Group's finance function and member of the Executive.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64 (1) (b) of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities Act, 2012.
