NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND

Further to the Company's Notice to Shareholders dated November 6, 2025, indicating the delay of the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended September 30, 2025, on Wednesday 19 November, 2025, the Board of Directors of Massy Holdings Ltd. declared a partial final dividend of $0.0354 cents per share upon the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of the Company. The dividend will be payable on December 19, 2025 to the Shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on December 05, 2025.

Pursuant to Section 110(1) of the Trinidad and Tobago Companies Act, Ch. 81:01, the Directors have fixed December 05, 2025, as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to receive payment of such dividend.
