NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Delay in Publication of Audited Consolidated Financial Statements

Pursuant to Rule 408 of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) Main Market Rules, Massy Holdings Ltd. (“the Company”) advises shareholders that there will be a delay in the publication of its Audited Consolidated Financial Statements (“Financial Statements”) for the financial year ended September 30, 2025.

The delay arises from timing challenges associated with the audit of two of the Group’s subsidiaries in Jamaica, which were operating under a very tight audit schedule. The subsequent impact of Hurricane Melissa resulted in unavoidable delays and some additional work to complete the audit of these entities.

We apologise for the delay and wish to advise that the Financial Statements are now expected to be published on or before December 29, 2025.
