MATERIAL CHANGE DISCLOSURE

Pursuant to Section 64 (1)(b) of the Securities Act, 2012 and Pursuant to Rule 603 of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Rules

Further to the Notice published on October 02, 2025, at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 11, 2025, the Board approved the following:
1. The retitling of the role of “Chief Operating Officer” to “Executive Manager - Operations”; and
2. The appointment of Mr. Anil Maharaj to act as the Executive Manager - Operations of Angostura Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries with effect from November 11, 2025 until March 31, 2026.
