Notice to Shareholders
DECLARATION OF QUARTER THREE 2025 DIVIDEND PAYMENT

At a Meeting held on 30^th October, 2025, the Board of Directors of Guardian Holdings Limited declared a third quarter dividend of TT$0.23 per share, payable to its Shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on 18^th November, 2025.

Pursuant to Section 110( 1) of the Trinidad and Tobago Companies Act Ch. 81:01, the Directors have fixed 18^th November, 2025 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders entitled to receive this dividend.

The dividend will be paid on 5^th December, 2025.
