Unilever Caribbean Limited - Notice of Change in Dividend Policy

On July 31, 2025, the Board of Directors of Unilever Caribbean Limited adopted a more comprehensive Dividend Policy to guide the declaration and payment of dividends. This is in furtherance of its decision to consider the payment of dividends more frequently and as disclosed in its material change notice of June 13, 2025. 

The fundamental premise of the dividend policy remains unchanged, with dividend decisions continuing to rest with the Board after consideration of all relevant factors, including but not limited to, financial performance, available cashflow, conditions affecting the business, ongoing obligations and commitments and dividends already declared for the financial year. The policy complies with internal corporate governance requirements and all applicable laws. 

Under normal circumstances, dividends will be paid within the usual payout range, though in exceptional cases the Board may declare amounts above or below this range, or none at all.
