First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Limited - Notice of Changes in Senior Officers

Special Meetings of the Boards of First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Limited and First Citizens Bank Limited were held on August 22, 2025 and we advise as follows: 

Our Group Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Karen Darbasie, has proceeded on approved vacation leave from August 21, 2025 and will retire effective October 21, 2025. 

The Board, Management and Staff extend our sincere gratitude to Ms. Darbasie for her diligence, dedication, business acuity and integrity in leading the First Citizens Group to where it is today. We all wish her well in her future endeavours. 

The Board has appointed Mr. Jason Julien, currently Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Business Generation, to act as Group Chief Executive Officer in Ms. Darbasie's absence with effect from August 22, 2025 until the retirement of the Group Chief Executive Officer after which, he will assume the substantive position as Group Chief Executive Officer. 

The Board has appointed Ms. Sana Ragbir, General Manager, Retail and Commercial Banking of First Citizens Bank Limited with effect from August 22, 2025 to act as Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Business Generation while Mr. Julien acts as Group Chief Executive Officer. 

Mrs. Neela Moonilal Kissoon will continue in her substantive role as Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Operations and Administration.
