Calypso Macro Index Fund - Notice of Third Dividend Payment

On Thursday August 21, 2025 the Board of Directors declared a quarterly distribution of $0.17 per unit for the Calypso Macro Index Fund based on the results for June 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025.

As required by Rule 603 (2) of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Rules, the public is advised that the Board of Directors has fixed September 15, 2025 as the record date for determining the shareholders who are entitled to receive payment of such distribution. The distriution will be paid on October 7, 2025 to the registered shareholders as at the close of buinesss on September 15, 2025.
