Endeavour Holdings Limited - Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Endeavour Holdings Limited for 2025 will be held at The BRIX, Autograph Collection, 2-4 Coblentz Ave, Port of Spain, Trinidad at 10.00 a.m. on September 22, 2025. 

Shareholders who wish to attend, participate and vote at the Annual Meeting are requested to pre-register during the period August 22, 2025 to September 19, 2025 via https://ehl.tt/agm2025/ or by returning the registration form to the Company at its registered address or by email to info@ehl.tt. 

Once pre-registered and confirmed as a shareholder on record as at the close of business on August 21, 2025, confirmation will be provided to such shareholders via email within 72 hours of the company receiving the completed registration form. 

The meeting is being held to transact the following business: 

Ordinary Business: 

1.    To review and consider the Audited Financial Statement of the Company for the year ended April 30, 2025 and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors.
2.    To re-appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers as Auditors of the Company and that the Directors be authorised to fix their remuneration for the ensuing year.
3.    To transact any other ordinary business of the Company
