Notice to the Shareholders of Prestige Holdings Limited (PHL)
REVISED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

Prestige Holdings Limited (PHL) wishes to advise its shareholders of a revision to the previously announced special dividend payment.

Following the announcement by Agostini Limited of the further extension of the closing date for its Offer and Take-Over Bid to September 9, 2025, PHL advises that the special dividend of $0.50 per common share will now be paid on October 3, 2025, to shareholders on record as of September 8, 2025.

Please note that the payment of this special dividend remains subject to the successful completion of Agostini Limited’s takeover offer.
