Pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act 2012, the Board of Directors of Point Lisas Industrial Port Development Corporation Limited ('the Corporation") hereby notifies of the following material change:

Effective 1st August, 2025, Dr. Curtis Dennie, who previously held the position of Vice President - Port Operations, has been appointed to the position of President of the Corporation, for a period of three (3) months, concluding on 31st, October, 2025.

The Board of Directors extends its congratulations to Dr. Dennie on this appointment and expresses its full confidence in his leadership during this interim period.
