Notice to Shareholders
DECLARATION OF QUARTER TWO 2025 DIVIDEND PAYMENT

At a Meeting held on 31st July, 2025, the Board of Directors of Guardian Holdings Limited declared a second quarter dividend of TT$0.22 per share, payable to its Shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on 20th August, 2025.

Pursuant to Section 110(1) of the Trinidad and Tobago Companies Act, Ch. 81:01, the Directors have fixed 20th August, 2025 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders entitled to receive this dividend.

The dividend will be paid on 5th September, 2025.
