NOTICE
CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Trinidad Cement Limited ("TCL'' or "the Company") hereby advises that Mr. Jose Antonio Cabrera Guerra has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company effective July 25, 2025.

At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 25, 2025, the Board appointed Mr. Juan Carlos Herrera De La Vega as a Director of the Company with effect from July 25, 2025, to fill a casual vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Cabrera. This appointment is in accordance with Paragraph 4.4.2 of By-Law No. l ofTCL and Mr. Herrera shall hold office until the next Annual Meeting of the Company, at which time he shall be eligible for re-election.
