ANSA Merchant Bank Limited - Notice of Change of Managing Director

Pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of The Securities Act, 2012

ANSA Merchant Bank Limited ("the Company") wishes to advise that Mr. Ian. R. De Souza ceased to hold the office of Managing Director of the Company effective June 30, 2025. The Company thanks Mr. De Souza for his valued service and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.

The Company also wishes to advise that Mr, Stephen Grell has assumed the office of Managing Director of the Company effective July , 2025. The Company wishes to congratulate Mr. Grell on his appointment.
