ANSA McAL Limited - Notice of Change of Senior Officers

NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 64(1)(B) OF THE SECURITIES ACT, CHAP. 83:02AND RULE 603 OF THE TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO STOCK EXCHANGE RULES

ANSA McAL Limited (“ANSA McAL”) wishes to announce that Mr. Sahendra Mahabir has ceased to be in the position of (Ag.) Head of Group Internal Audit of ANSA McAL, with effect from June 30th, 2025, to take on another role at Caribbean Development Company Limited, a subsidiary of ANSA McAL.

Further, Mr. Mahabir is succeeded by Mr. Simeon Mohammed who has been appointed as(Ag.) Head of Group Internal Audit of ANSA McAL with effect from July 1st, 2025.

ANSA McAL wishes to congratulate Messrs. Mahabir and Mohammed on their respective appointments.
