Notice to Shareholders
CHANGE IN SENIOR MANAGEMENT – GROUP CHIEF RISK OFFICER

Guardian Holdings Limited (“GHL”) wishes to advise that Mr. Paul Traboulay retired from the Company in his role as Group Chief Risk Officer (CRO), effective 31st May, 2025. Mr. Traboulay has served the Group with distinction for over 19 years and the Group takes this opportunity to extend sincere gratitude to Mr. Traboulay for his valuable contributions and unwavering commitment to the organisation.

GHL is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Richard Look Kin as Group Chief Risk Officer, effective 1st June, 2025. We warmly welcome Mr. Look Kin to Guardian Group and look forward to his leadership during this transitional period.
