Pursuant to Section 64 (1)(b) of the Securities Act, 2012 and Pursuant to Rule 603 of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Rules

The Board of Directors of Angostura Holdings Limited has agreed to the inclusion of the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer within the Company’s Executive Management Structure. In this regard, Mr. Rahim Mohammed (former Executive Manager – Business Efficiency and Shared Services) has been appointed to the position of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Angostura Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries, with effect from April 25, 2025.
