Guardian Holdings Limited - Errata Statement - Summary Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for Dec 31st, 2024

We refer to Guardian Holdings Limited's Summary Consolidated Financial Statements - Year Ended 31 st December, 2024, containing the Financial Highlights, Chairman's Statement and Independent Auditors Report, which was published 9th April, 2025. 

Kindly note that the second-to-last paragraph of the Chairman's Statement mistakenly stated the Record Date for the payment of the final dividend as 7th May, 2025. Please be advised that the Dividend payment date is 7th May, 2025 and the Record Date for same is 24th April, 2025 as contained in our Dividend Payment Notice of 9th April, 2025. 

The Summary Consolidated Financial Statements - Year Ended 31st December, 2024 have been amended to reflect this change and are available for viewing or downloading at www.myguardiangroup.com.
