Notice to Shareholders

RECORD DATE FOR ISSUE OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The Directors of Guardian Holdings Limited have fixed Monday, 12th May, 2025 as the date of the 2025 Annual Meeting, which will be held at 1:00 p.m. in the Atrium, Guardian Corporate Centre, 1 Guardian Drive, Westmoorings, Trinidad and Tobago. A formal Notice of Meeting will be sent to Shareholders on the register as of 08th April, 2025, who are entitled to receive Notice of the Annual Meeting.

RECORD DATE FOR PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND
Based on the financial results for the year ended 31st December, 2024, the Directors have approved the payment of a final dividend of TT$0.57 per share payable to Shareholders on the Register of Members as of 24th April, 2025, which has been fixed as the Record Date for this payment. The payment date for this dividend will be 7th May, 2025.

CLOSING OF REGISTER
To facilitate payment of the above dividend, the Register of Members will be closed on 24th April, 2025
