Prestige Holdings Limited - Notice of 2024 Final Dividend Payment

DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

Prestige Holdings Limited is pleased to announce that based on the financial results for the year ended 30 November 2024, the Directors have declared a final dividend of thirty-six cents ($0.36) per share to Shareholders on record as at 9 April 2025. Cumulatively this brings the total dividend payout for fiscal year 2024 to fifty-two cents ($0.52) per share.

The dividend of thirty-six cents ($0.36) will be paid to Shareholders on 9 May 2025.
