NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS OF FIRST CITIZENS GROUP FINANCIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED
NOTICE OF MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE THIRD ANNUAL MEETING OF THE SHAREHOLDERS OF FIRST CITIZENS GROUP FINANCIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED ("the Company"), in accordance with paragraph 13.1 of By-Law No. 1 of the Company, will be held on Tuesday. April 8, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Lord Kitchner (Aldwyn Roberts) Auditorium, National Academy for the Performing Arts, 119 Frederick Street, Port of Spain for the following purposes:

Ordinary Business

• To re-elect Directors;
• To receive and consider the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended September 30, 2024 together with the reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon; and
• To re-appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Company's Auditors and to authorize Directors to fix their remuneration.
