Agostini's Limited - Notice of Change in Agostini's Limited Name

Following the approval of its Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on February 13, 2025, Agostini's Limited wishes to advise that its name has been changed to Agostini Limited. 

This name change is part of a larger rebranding initiative within the Group, which includes a common identity for Agostini and its subsidiaries. 

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64 (1) (b) of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities Act, 2012.
