Pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act 2012, Point Lisas Industrial Port Development Corporation Limited wishes to announce the following change of Senior Officers:

Effective January 29th, 2025, Mr. Niegel Subiah, Vice President - Business Services, was placed on Administrative Leave until March 15th, 2025.

Effective January 29th, 2025, Ms. Richelle Lyman, Corporate Secretary, was placed on Administrative Leave until March 15th, 2025.

Effective January 30^th ,2025, Mrs. Deera Goorahoo-Ramdeo - Manager Finance, assumed the portfolio of Acting Vice President- Business Services until March 15^th, 2025.

Effective January 30th, 2025, Mrs. Kelly Jackson-Baynes, Manager Legal, was appointed to the position of Assistant Secretary.
