NCB Financial Group Limited - Notice of Release of Audited Financial Statements for the year ended September 30th, 2024

NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) announces the release of its audited financial statements for NCBFG and its subsidiaries (the Group) for the year ended September 30, 2024.

Subsequent to the release of the Group’s interim accounts on November 14, 2024, the financial statements were further updated in relation to the adoption of IFRS 17 ‘Insurance Contracts’ and correcting adjustments and non-credit provisions impacting both September 2024 and September 2023. The updates/adjustments impacted both the consolidated income statement, consolidated statement of financial position, along with the related notes. For ease of reference, we have attached the consolidated income statement and consolidated statement of financial position, showing the change between the release on November 14, 2024, and the final audited accounts. In addition, reference can also be made to Note 54 in the audited accounts in relation to the prior year restatement.
