Pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act 2012, Point Lisas Industrial Port Development Corporation Limited wishes to announce the following change of Senior Officers:

Mr. Ernest Ashley Taylor, President, retired from the Corporation, effective December 1st, 2024. Dr. Averne Pantin, Vice President Technical Services, will continue to act in the Position of President until further notice.

The Corporation wishes to express its gratitude to Mr. Taylor for his dedicated service to the company during his tenure.
