CHANGE IN SENIOR OFFICER ROLES & TITLES

In March 2024, the Board of Massy Holdings Ltd. commissioned a governance review to facilitate the continuous improvement and increased robustness of Massy's existing governance framework. Recommendations coming out of this review were aimed at improving the structure and governance of the Massy Group which, when implemented, is expected to better position the Group for sustainable growth and enhanced shareholder value. One key recommendation to Massy's Portfolio Governance is that the role of the Portfolio Chairman/Chairperson be separated from the role of the Portfolio Chief Executive Officer (Portfolio CEO).

Consequently, the Company wishes to advise that the below listed Senior Officers' Roles and Tiles will be changed, as follows:

1. Marc Rostant's role as Group Executive Vice President and Chairman Motors and Machines Portfolio will change to:
   Group Executive Vice-President and Portfolio CEO, Motors and Machines Portfolio, effective November 19, 2024;
2. Vaughn Martin's role as Group Executive Vice President and Chairman Gas Products Portfolio will change to:
   Group Executive Vice President and Portfolio CEO, Gas Products Portfolio, effective November 19, 2024;
3. Ambikah Mongroo's role as Group Executive Vice President and Chairperson Integrated Retail Portfolio will change to:
   Group Executive Vice President and Portfolio CEO, Integrated Retail Portfolio, effective November 19, 2024.
