NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

DECLARATION  OF  DIVIDEND

On Tuesday 19 November 2024, the Board of Directors of Massy Holdings Ltd. declared a final dividend of 13.63 cents per share, making the total dividend 16.78 cents per share, based on the results for the financial year ended September 30, 2024.

Pursuant to Section 110(1) of the Trinidad and Tobago Companies Act, Ch. 81:01, the Directors have fixed December 05, 2024, as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to receive payment of such dividend. The final dividend will be paid on December 20, 2024, to the registered holders of shares at the close of business on December 05, 2024.
