The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited - Notice of Change in Managing Director

Mr Raoul Glynn has ceased to be the Managing Director of the West Indian Tobacco Company Limited (the Company) with effect from 31st October 2024. Mr. Glynn also ceased to be a Director of the Company from the same date. 

Mr Hiram Murillo will continue to act as Managing Director until further notice. 

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64 (1) (b) of the Securities Act.
